How do I simplify? Be straight, plain and transparent in whatever you do, say, think and feel. मेरा मशवरा है कि आप, दूध उबला हुआ और चीनी के बिना लिया जाए, वैसे जियें। आइसक्रीम क्यों बनें? और फिर जायकों की फजीहत में क्यों फंसे – chocolate, strawberry, butterscotch, pista, kesar-badam… Actually the ice cream vendor laughs secretly seeing you making fuss about different varieties. वह जानता है कि रंग-सुगंध को छोड़कर सारी आइसक्रीम एक सी हैं। और कब तक आप जायके के साथ रहते हैं – दो मिनट? एक बार निगलने के बाद, क्या सभी आइसक्रीम समान नहीं हैं?
It is not easy to simply your mind. It was always very cluttered. अपने परिवेश को सरल बनाने के साथ शुरू करें। अपनी चीजों को, तामझाम – साजोसामान को, कम करें। Gift away half of your wardrobe, shoes you hardly use, cosmetics, old items – watched, bangles, purses, fountain pens, वगैरा-वगैरा।
